Yup! Wish they would make a budget battery LOL but I hear ya. I know it’s kinda a risk on some of these aftermarket’s but even if you get 5years out of them it’s the same as buying an Eco or whatever at double the price. So hard to justify dropping that kind of coin on them.

I really want to make my lead acids last a few more years so all these lithium companies can battle the prices down but last time I ran the cart it was struggling bad and I probably need to move forward with something unfortunately.

I don't think lithium prices are going to get that much lower. Plus waiting a few years runs the risk of unforeseeable world events impacting the supply chain causing prices to increase. Actually with what's going on in the world right now it's not so unforeseeable.

I dunno, a quick search on Amazon there’s numerous ones, Chins etc etc etc. Chins actually looks like a Cloud battery in disguise. Who knows.

They're probably both buying the same case from another company. The touch display that's included is obviously made by someone else because Vatrer uses the same display.

Very few lithium battery companies have things designed for them exclusively. They will use off the shelf available components.

What changes the price you pay is the quality of the build, bms quality, and after sales service.

Cells are cells none of the companies are making their own cells. They buy a cell that fits the desired performance and length of life of the product they are designing.

The battery monitoring display that comes with CE batteries looks identical to the one that comes with Vatrer batterries, so I wonder if that means they are using the same BMS ?

Well after some more research, I think I’m going to bite the bullet and just get the 100ah over the 60ah. Read where the 60 worked for some but would shut off (assume trip the BMS) when going up some hills. Only thing now is if I even have a working cart as the Hurricane went right over my hunt camp and I may have a tree on it, who knows. So I’m going to delay a few more weeks till I know about my cart before ordering. Thanks all for your insight and knowledge.
