![]() Hi
I have a 97 TXT gas with stock tires / rims. I am going to eventually add a lift kit and 22" tires and rear seat. The clutch cam and slides are worn. Obviously I need to replace the slides. Can I file and polish the cam or do I need to replace it? Would a high torque spring help me with the bigger tires? Should I change the spring? [IMG] ![]() [IMG] ![]() |

![]() They both need replaced, The cam should not come to a point. Yes anti-sieze is the way to go.

![]() thanks for the reply. Whats your opinion on the high torque spring. Should I use it if I'm going to go to a larger tire?

![]() I generally tell people to try it first, As in put on the larger tires, Then if you have a power issue add the spring.
