Default 6.5volts after full chrge

I get 6.5 volts on each battery after a full charge. They just dont seem to last that long. I want to say maybe a couple hours total run time.

Depends on a variety of factors. Like crash test dummy said above, cold weather decreases run time. How old are the batteries? Any mods? I recently changed out my 4 12 volt trojans. They would read 50.2 volts after a full charge but wouldn't last a long time running. They were 2009's though.

What Make/Model batteries?

Cart batteries typically lose around 6.25% of their rated AH capacity for every 10°F below 80°F.

Run time is determined by the AH stored in the batteries and how many Amps your particular cart withdraws from the battery pack as it moves, so a short run time means either the cart uses a lot of Amps to move, or the battery pack doesn't store many AH.

If you had a set of T-105 batteries and you cart averaged 75A while moving, the run time to 50% SoC would only be about an hour of steady moving.

Sometimes a simple load test will help determine the health of a battery or pack. Use the cart as the load and a simple DMM for voltage readings while driving (preferably uphill)
