Yep, like i said, i wash it before oil change and GREASE service. Pumping dirt through the grease fitting, into the clutches would be bad, thats why i dont do it either. A grease fitting is totally sealed until a grease gun is atrached to it, so be sure it is free of trash when the grease gun gets attached. Also, it costs less to repair a clutch than a trip to urgent care for a scratched eyeball lens.
