My guess is it's red in color

I meant to say check my post # 2 in this thread. It gives instruction on how to test controller input and output.
We established you have no output.
Do you have input B- > B+ and circuit board power (+) at pin #1 when the solenoid clicks?

doing the first test you told me to do in post #2 the voltage is always at full battery pack voltage

how do i test the ITS to see if its bad

I tested the 4 small wire going into the controller, I dont know pin #'s as i dont have pins on the controller.

white wire 0v not pressed, 14.2 when pressed
red wire 0v not pressed, full battery pack voltage when pressed
Black wire 0v not pressed, .5 - 1.5 when pressed
orang full pack when pressed and not

The controller sets & supplies the working voltage for the ITS. We need to know the make of this control so we can find the range you should see.

its a ge 500 amp controller that buggies unlimited use to sell as their speed package.

Im pretty sure it the controller. I just ordered a 500amp Alltrax SPM
