I have one of those cheapo jump packs I bought from Wally World a few years ago for $20. Not real great but works for little stuff and also would fit under the seat.
Just on another thought, Wonder if you could rope start a cart ? |

Jump pack is a good call. I also considered pulling the battery from something else but that seemed like more work than jumping it.
Rope start never even crossed my mind. I bet you could also McGuyver something on a cordless drill to spin the starter or belt or engine directly. |
