Smile Adding 12v Accessories to 48v system

I have a EZGO TXT 2011. (6 x 8v batteries).
I want to add a simple alarm that is triggered by movement.
The alarm says it operates between 9v to 16v.
I just need connect a live and ground wire.
Where should I connect these?

Thanks.

Since the alarm can use 16 volts, any side by side pair (2 x 8V) of batteries will work.

Many thanks for the quick reply!
I've just been looking again and have 12v on the fuses in the fuse box, without the cart switched on. Would this be also ok? I have no idea what these 3 fuses protect. It has 3 fuses but is a 5 fuse, fuse box.
Many thanks.

Keep in mind that two 8V batteries fully charged is over 16V!

Yes, but that wasn't given as an option in OP.

You must have a voltage reducer that is always powered then.
