Default Driven Clutch

So I was out riding around tonight and came upon a hill that I usually have no trouble climbing and my cart actually stopped and wouldn't climb it.

I am also getting this "squeal" and have been for a bit of time. I have a attached video so you can hear the sound. I tried to put it on a hill without the seat on it and drive it. It seemed the drive clutch was spinning fast than the driven clutch which leads me to believe the driven is probably shot.

I am just looking for a conformation in my assessment and to make sure it couldn't be something else before I go looking and buying a rebuild kit of some sort.

I also have tried another belt and I'm quite sure it isn't slipping.

Thank you for your opinion.

Clutches are working fine on the jacks. The drive closes and the driven opens and they work fine on the flat or a slight upgrade. It's just when it's climbing a hill especially from a stop that it's having a bit of difficulty and I get that squealing noise.

See if the secondary clutch is still spring loaded. Chances are good the spring is broke.

It seems okay from what I can tell. I'm going to order a new spring and buttons and go from there. I'm thinking it may just be weak from all the years of use.

Thanks!
