Where is the positive 12 volts coming from. Looks like one negative wire coming from brake pedal switch to positive input to timer. I'm confused

The timer module wiring looks correct:
Negative from Cart Harness (black wire) goes to Timer module (- connection).
+12v from Cart Harness (Red wire with Female Bullet connector) goes to Breaker.
Breaker goes to Brake Switch.
Break switch goes to + Connection on Timer Module.
Timer Module output goes to Cart Harness (Orange wire).
Check if You have +12v on the Cart Harness +12v wire (Red wire with Female Bullet connector).

If not, what is your +12v power source?

Ok, it looked to me like only one wire to brake switch. Sergio is the man, you are in good hands now.

I put a temp power up directly to the brake harness and it works fine
