Default no power

i have 2000 workhorse that has no power new fuel pump filter and carb new belt and driven clutch, cleaned and lubed drive clutch. coil oms ok as does pulsar coil fuel pump is after market flow showed just opposite as old so plumbed with arrows on new seems to push gas ok problem was intermittent at first now wont go away

The first thing to do is set the valve clearance to .004". Lots of threads here on specific instructions.

i checked valve clearnce old carb had what looked like some type of sediment in it that was hard had to knock it loose used carb cleaner reinstalled same condition

any more suggestions
driven clutch was badly worn on inside of ramps the fiber slides where worn past the screw heads
