What model Ezgo is this golf cart?

Can you tell me what model Ezgo Gas Golf Cart this is and about what year it was made? I just bought it, tires are flat, but motor rolls over. A nice winter project.
It's a three wheeler, and has a metal body.

I'll have to figure this out... What site can I use to share a photo without paying. Wish you could download photos directly from my computer to this site.

Look for a tag on the passenger side the vertical upright. Take the seat off and post a photo of the engine this will help ID. the year.

Serial number tag says 79H16 I8I00I (the "I" may be "T" it's hard to tell.

Also was wondering; Does Polaris Own EZGO? Tried to Google it, but had no luck. Read a lot about Artic Cat, Polaris and Textron, but not sure who owns who or what...
