So I unhooked the oil injection and blocked the port on the carb. Running an Amsoil synthetic oil @ 80:1 just to be on the safe side of things. No smoke and the cart seems to run well on bottom and WOT.

85:1 is what I ran for years, using Echo brand oil. Factory service manual says the oil injection system mixes at between 150:1 and 300:1 depending upon load. Most people over oil 2 strokes. Modern synthetic mix their ratios at 100:1.
