Lose power quick
How much voltage drop is to much on a 36v cc? With a passenger going up hil it will drop from say 38v f.c to 34v and slow down and jerk sometimes

6 volts or one battery is the ~norm to point to a problem occurring.

I’ve had batteries hydro checked he said they showed fine. No wires get hot on them

Your brushes are probably getting worn in the motor. They are chattering and skipping under load.

I will eventually put new motor on there. Thinking bout the beast motor it’s a hunting cart. Will that and controller set to torque does that run down batteries quicker? The main thing drives me crazy is trying to creep the herky jerky is that fixed through controller?

If you have a torque motor and your controller is programmed correctly, it will work just as you desire.
