Re: 88 gas ezgo marathon project
So it's been a while since my last post but I have made some progress. Cart is all painted and powder coated. Engine is rebuilt with a new set of crank bearings, seals and a new top end. It's coming together nicely. I have had a lot of challenges but this group and site have provided me with all the information that I needed to get to the finish line. I will be working on a roof shortly and back seat addition as well as some lights and other fun stuff. Thank you to those that have taken the time to help others.

Re: 88 gas ezgo marathon project
I know you asked about speed a while ago. I can get about 20 out of my cart on a good day. I'm not sure I would want to go much faster in it.

Looks great. Thanks for posting pics. Got me thinking about what I can do to sweeten up the looks of my old cart.

Re: 88 gas ezgo marathon project
Mounted the new lights today to check fitment. Will wire them up later this week. Starting to consider options for a windshield and a roof.
