Default 36v txt sr48500 sw202 7126 motor. No reverse intermittent

Just bought and installed the alltrax sr48500 Controller, solenoid, sw202 superduty FNR contactor and 2awg wires from CU. Also installed the 7126 motor at the same time. Install was straight forward and everything went as planned. Done with install and everyrhing works as it should doubled my top speed from 12mph to 24mph. Everything works great. Then today, reverse doesnt work. Forward works as it should. I then hooked up the charger and was messing around with it, had it switched to reverse, pushed the pedal and held it down for about 5 seconds and it shot in reverse. It makes the same clicking noise and the alltrax light blinks 4 times in both reverse and forward. Now I just don't have reverse. What could I check? I am 100% sure everything is connected correctly. Right after install, everything worked as it should. The only thing I have done since it last ran perfectly was top off the batteries with distilled water.
Can't deal with intermittent issues. I tried swapping wires on the switch and reverse still would work. So the switch is fine. Just don't know what to check.

If forward works and reverse doesn't, the rotatable contacts are not mating with the stationary contacts in the F/R assembly.

The mounting holes are oblong for a reason. Move the new F/R assemble left or right until both F and R work.

I have the sw202 reverse contactor. The setup replaced the rotating switch. It is now electronic. http://www.cartsunlimited.net/reversing-contactors.html

Here are a few screenshots of the alltrax sr48500. the 3 examples are 2 in reverse showing 0 or barely any amps at the motor, the 1 showing forward and the point where it starts moving does show some amps at the motor.

When I click on the thumbnails I get an annoying message that https://ibb.co/ wants to know my location? WTF?

Not sure why it wants to know your location. I just started using imgbb. Maybe it isn't the best photosharing app

With the switch in forward.
No throttle input
A1 = 37.4v
A2 = .004v
S1 = 37.4v
S2 = 37.4v

Throttle pushed til solenoid clicks
A1 = 38.1v
A2 = 38.1v
S1 = 38.1v
S2 = 38.1v

Switch in reverse no throttle input is same as above with no throttle input.
Reverse with pedal pushed til solenoid clicks.
A1 = 38.1v

A2, S1 and S2 = 37v until solenoid clicks then it is 2v and as throttle increases drops to -0.445v

I think it was 50% but I will hook up the laptop and check. Any other things I should check and report back with to help narrow this down
