What about the hub? I don’t know how a hub could cause clicking, but just trying to research symptoms and one of a bad hub was clicking.

its the only way I fix them and Ive never had the issues your having, and Ive done 100s

So I swapped the hubs from driver to passenger and vice versa and also added anti seize to the splines. Something I noticed while doing the swap was the splines on the OPPOSITE side the noise is being made, this is what’s seen in the pictures.

After swapping them the noise continued on the opposite side (now driver/also opposite of what appear to be damaged splined hub)

Not sure if this is common, but do you think replacing the hubs is the fix here?
