The second video looks like the clutches are operating pretty close to normal. I do think that white spring is holding you back from upshifting.

One thing, it sounds like the engine is laboring. I can't be sure though from a video, but it just seems like it's down on rpm maybe?

Interesting, the second video is when I first picked the cart up. The first video is with the white spring installed. So we can rule out the clutches being bad?

I don't know if you can rule anything out until you make some changes. First thing is ditch that white spring for sure.
