Yeah I just watched all your videos. It sounds like a clutch issue. Not sure which one is acting up, but if they are both old, they probably are worn out. Plowman's uses Yamaha parts and machines them for better performance.

Just got done installing the TEAM clutch from Plowmans. Cart acts just as it did before installation. Still hard bangs starting off, and uneven speeds climbing roadway hills. What are the chances the carb is out of wack?

To explain it in a way you all can feel, it feels as if the belt slips for a second then catches hard.

I mentioned brakes could be dragging and letting go at start up. I’ve made sure the brake pedal is completely released before takeoff. Also the cart will not idle, as soon as I touch the gas pedal it rocks back and forth from the belt catching, until I completely mash the pedal down.
