Default RXV rear transaxle swap into TXT?

Will the complete rear transaxle (motor, diff, axle, hubs, etc) from an RXV fit on a TXT? It's a 2016 RXV and I don't know the year of the TXT.

I'm not concerned about the electrical aspect of it. I just want to know if the mount points of the RXV transaxle will align with the leaf springs of the TXT chassis.

This electric or gas? The electric RXVs don’t have manual brakes.

It's electric. That's a good point on the brakes. I'll figure something out about that later. I'm just curious of the transaxles are swappable.

On a side note, could an RXV motor only fit on a TXT transaxle? That way mechanical brakes are retained and the TXT would be upgraded to AC drive.

The rxv motor should fit on the txt axle, but , the input shaft on a txt axle is shorter, so there will be less spline engagement. Same issue with putting other motors on RXV axles, long input shaft doesnt allow motor to reach axle flange.

Got it, so an rxv motor "can" fit a txt transaxle, although with limited spline engagement, yet a txt motor wouldn't fit an rxv axle as it wouldn't mate properly

And the TXT axle does not have a limited slip differential, which is essential for the motor braking that an RXV motor requires to be done.

Sounds like I just forget this idea then, and just find a used TXT motor to get the TXT running. Thanks for the advice.

Bringing this back up. Why not cut some of the splines off an RXV transaxle so that a TXT motor will fit? The shaft will be hardened, but with the right approach, it can be done without causing damage.

Also, can TXT brakes be added to an RXV axle?

I'm not familiar with the RXV so I have to ask, are the rear springs on the RXV the Same width as the TXT? If they're not, cut the spring perch's off and re-weld them. Is the RXV motor and axle in working order? If they are, put the RXV axle and motor in and add Jakes front disc brakes on the front. I know, this is a 3 year old original post.
