Cart tries to go but wont

If it is in forward key on and you press pedal just enough for solenoid to click, it should read pack voltage. Then as you press pedal to the floor, it should be dropping from pack voltage to close to 0 when the pedal is on the floor. If we have checked the solenoid and solenoid activation circuit then I would say controller is bad or ITS is faulty. Don’t take my word for it though.

Is there a way to tell which though? ITS is cheaper so I guess I'm gonna try it first

I had intermittent problem until I found the electric plug going into the brake was not making contact...I removed the plug and pushed the contact in the female end... in slightly... no more problem....to check when it does not go...put key in N..and switch to TOW...see if you can move cart manually...if it moves OK..then brake plug is OK
