Cart won’t move, troubleshooting controller
Hi I have a EZGO model # E100 cart. I recently upgraded all battery cables and now it will not move at all. I have checked solenoid, FnR switch, Reed switch and key switch and continuity on all wires. Everything has checked out. I am down to the controller now, Curtis # 73326G02A. How do I trouble shoot this? The solenoid will not click but when 12 v is applied it does click and I have continuity between large posts. Any help is appreciated. Could I have damaged speed controller while installing new cables? Thanks.

Re: Cart won’t move, troubleshooting controller
That is a PDS controller, so you might have wiped it out if you didn't flip the Run/Tow switch to Tow before working on the electrical system.
To get the solenoid to click when the pedal is pushed, all the wires highlighted in red on the attached schematic have to have battery pack voltage (38.2V when fully charged) on them. |
