Plug them in for several back-to-back charge cycles. I suspect they may have not been being plugged in after every use, and not allowed to fully charge when it did get plugged in, in the past. I dont have much hope for improvement at this point.

Yea. I’m not ready to buy batteries just yet. These still allow me to putt around the neighborhood. They just charge funny. I haven’t had 2 cycles match. I did run them down quite a bit 2 nights ago thinking maybe I could charge them up from the “bottom” they’ve been charging 16 hours now and barely warm. So we’ll see. Not unplugging it until charger does something.

*SMH* sumns up. Been charging for 20 hours. Last night before bed they were at 88%. Just checked now. 49%. Haven’t unplugged charger. Gah. Looks like new batteries.

Had to unplug charger. Showing 52%. Started seeing water collect on top of a couple cells. Batteries hot. Resting pack voltage 49.5.
