Default 09 st custom performance

With 10 hours on the cart, I have so far lifted it 2 more inches and adjusted the GOV to 1/4" play in the cable. Big improvement. So what's the next step to gaining a little more? Will most of the tricks used for the Robin also work with the Kawasaki?

Nice Cart. I have an 08 just like it.

Any idea what your top speed is currently? I have only adjusted mine a little so far, top out at 21 mph.

Top of 26 MPH, I also notice the belt is staying 1 1/4" inside the clutch at top speed. I will be pulling it apart this weekend to see what I can do about that. Did you happen to see this thred? http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/gas-e...stom-rant.html

Might save you some trouble.

No i did not not, thanks for pointing that out. I'll have My mechanic buddy take a look at mine because I am mechanically challenged.

Saying this jokingly, but put a turbo on it. It is only 13HP.

I kno this is an older thread.

Thats a great idea actually, I'll look into that. I have since turned the governor up a little more and now see a steady 32MPH on the level. Also done the secondary spring adjustment and that helped on the low side.
