Doing great, the front should eat some bumps and the camo seat covers match great.
Keep posting pics. |

Re: 1984 ezgo marathon engine replacement to atv engine
on the front end we took and machined a solid piece of 7" hot roll to fit the hub to then go to a golfcart bolt pattern. the bolt pattern goes from 4 on 156mm to 4 on 101.6mm and extends the front 2" on both sides..We still have to attach the new front cowl to the cart it is actually for an 88' model and up..We have a total height of 15" to the bottom of the foot rest frame to the ground. Good thing my father is a retired machinist..we still have not replaced the engine yet but will real soon ....more pics of finished product to come

Re: 1984 ezgo marathon engine replacement to atv engine
starting to place engine in cart.....we have made an adpter to go from the golfcart rear splines to the splines of the honda 350 motor ....this will also have a u joint in it...going to cut the rear axle of the support brackets and extend the axle 3 to 4 inches with new axle supports......Does anyone know if the gear ratio is going to b messed up?????????I have read several people useing chain drives but this is going in an 84 ezgo which i will have reverse cause of the atv engine........ BANGING MY HEAD ON THIS STUFF!!!!!!!!!!!!
