First cart project
I recently got a 2006 Club Car Precedent. This weekend I painted it midnight blue/purple with colorshift paint. I also installed running lights. This week my 14" rims/23" Sahara All-Terrains and Jake's 6" lift are coming in along with a PlumQuick motor, 500 Amp controller, and 4ga wires. I will post pix as it comes along. Here is the transformation so far. I will be changing the top color to matte black. I messed up and painted it glossy black and it doesnt look right to me. Man this stuff is addicting and can get waaaaaay out of hand if you let it! My wife is like "HOW MUCH!!!! YOU WENT WAY OVER YOUR BUDGET AND YOU DON"T EVEN HAVE MY RADIO IN IT YET!!!" I can't help that I want it to be done right! Here is my new addiction. Is it blue? Is it purple? It's definitely blue.... NO wait... It's purple... I give up...

Re: First cart project
Okay so I have to say thank you to PlumQuick and the excellent customer service I received last Friday. I ordered my motor friday around lunch and it was here by 2:00pm today. I installed it in 5 minutes and was cruising around at 20mph within no time. I hit 24.8mph on a downgrade and was very impressed with the performance. I would say it is a touch less torquey than the stock settings and stock motor, but the 500 amp controller I have coming will cure that in no time! Also, my 14" wheels came in today! I am pumped, but the lift is not in yet so I have to wait to slam these bad boys on just yet. ADDICTED!

It's actually a tow attachment that allows you to pull it with another car that has a rear tow-bar. That's the first thing we remove when we get a fleet of used cars. It makes them steer terrible. |
