if it not beep,speed sensor need to be change ?

I got this reponse from Tahoe Dawg...
Sounds like a bad speed sensor to me. Try and push the car manually and see if the motor braking tries to keep it from "Rolling away" If the sensor is working, it'll try to slow itself down, if it just keeps rolling, it's bad. Make sure you do this test in the "RUN" position. If it's in "TOW" it will definitely roll.

Has anybody changed out a speed sensor on an o6 Precedent?

That's right Gleemo, as I push it there appears to be no change between having it in "RUN" or "Tow"....no break catch at all.

If it were mine I would call 2 of the site sponsored from the links above.
1. Speedy Link, see if a replacement is required if U buy their link.
2 Plum Quick , get a " on a replacement high speed/torque motor, I know for sure they bypass the speed sensor.

If you still want to change the motor sensor, this is from the 05 Club Car manual. I don't think 06 would be much different. The guys who actually know what they are doing can let us know if that isn't correct.

I could not figure out how to attach the picture so for the rookies (including myself) reading this, this is where the sensor is. The sensor plugs into the dead center of the front of the motor, the wire runs upward toward the harness. It is the only part on this end of the motor

Removal
1. Disconnect the battery cables. See Warning to avoid unintentional starting
2. Disconnect the three-pin Connector from the vehicle wire harness
3. Using a screwdriver, gentlypry the motor speed sensor from recessed area on the motor end shield

Installation
1. Postion the motor speed sensor as shown and firmly press the speed sensor into the motor end shield. Sensor should fit flush against the motor
2. Connect the three pin connector to the vehicle harness
3. Place the Tow/Run switch in the Tow position and connect the batteries, positive(+)cable first. Tighten battery terminals to 110-in-lb and coat with Battery Terminal Protector Spray. (CCI P/N 1014305) to minimize corrosion
