36V charger info

Thanks a bunch for taking the time to look and offer advice. I will get right on the suggestions.

As for the fuse-Looks like it was maybe removed and bypassed with the little two post connector hanging loose?
I managed to search other posts and find a pic of what the fuse & holder look like- and that is another issue- are there any good pics or schematics out there?
I looked at the ones on this site and printed them out, but with no color codes and no knowledge it is difficult to discover and undo the hacking that's gone on.

i think i would buy the right fuse and get some cables get the fuse wired up ( very easy ) and go from there..............................

Got info from previous owner about charger and wiring.
The charger NEVER turned off on a charge cycle.
The lights on the charger have always all lit up.
The fuse blew and was bypassed.
The burnt post on #1 battery was a cause/result of fuse blowing.

I think I can rewire with correct wires and replace fuse with no problem.

The charger may have to go. I still haven't found anyone who can tell me anything about it. Since finding out it never turned off....I surely wouldn't plug it into new batteries.

I'm thinking the batteries are probably gone.
Load test shows all batteries 6V with 5.2V under load.
