specific gravity test...........get a battery hydrometer and test each cell in each battery ......sorta like an anti freeze tester.................but you,ll get readings from each cell.......post all readings.....i beleive the minimum lower limit you,ll want to see is 12.25 and the upper is 12.75 or anywhere in between......and each battery you want those #,s as close as possible if you have readings that are really off from each other that indicates a problem..........................

You say your using a reducer, maybe the reducer is not rated for the amps that the lights are drawing

It was the stock reduce from club car. They normally do fine so I don't think that is the problem. But thanks for the idea.

Ok shadowman. I got a hydro meter today and tested the batteries. The #'s are as follows. They are in threes b/c there are 2 groups of 3 in each battery.
1260,1260,1275/1265,1255,1260
1260,1250,1240/1245,1230,1245
1275,1265,1275/1275,1270,1275
1275,1260,1260/1255,1260,1260
Looks like most of the #'s are at the upper side of the scale. Most of the variances are not to bad. What do yall think.
