36 volt club car no reverse solid state controller

In the drawing you show and on my 93 cc 36V this third microswitch closes "turns on" in REV and puts a resistor in parallel with the vglide reducing the max resistance to 2500 ohms to make rev only half speed.

first micro goes to vglide and key switch as also to turn on solenoid.

other micro turn on rev buzzer.

Ideas are FR switch rev contact burnt out.
half speed rev micro circuit or resistor shorted or malfunctioning some way.
Primary microswith not contacting on the rev side of the FR. it makes in f and r and not in neutral. Watch it.
