Re: Batteries
What type of battery charger do you have? If you go with US Batteries then your existing charger may not be up to the task of properly charging them as that manufacture recommends a higher then normal cell cut-off voltage.

Re: Batteries
Who is sell the Ultra Start batteries?
The only thing I can find with a quick search is lithium-ion starting batteries which wouldn't be a good choice for golf cart usage. |

Re: Batteries
I think I am going with 8 6volt 232 AH USBatterys , get 1800 AH total versus 1000 ah with 6 170ah 8 volts , I am a lead foot , seems ill get longer run time with more AH ?

First thought is that this thread sounds like a hidden advertisement to me. Named vendor.

Re: Batteries
Site sponsors or anyone else, don't ship batteries due to weight and cost of freight transport.
ebay is another story and I found "Ultrastart" batteries there. Sellers say they are Trojan black box batteries. No way to know unless you call Trojan and verify. |

The terminals and lift points actually do look just like trojans.
