Default cart dies with fully charged batterys

I have a 1996 ez go 36volt dcs. It has a 6 lift and large tires. Everything else is stock. It has just started to act like it runs out of juice even after charging all night and only being drove approx 30 min. The batterys are less than a year old . I can let it sit for a few min. Turn key off and on and it will go again. I am ordering a new alltrax dcx500 controller and a heavy duty solenoid. I don't know what's wrong I am thinking maybe the solenoid or the controller is getting hot and shutting down but I don't know. I had plans to order the contr. And sol. Anyway before the problem started. I appreciate Any help on this matter. The charger seems to work like it is supposed to also. The lift and tires have been on there for a good while with no issues. Thank u for your help

Man I want to do the SS conversion so bad, I max out at around 14 miles with these toaster oven parts. Would love to get into the 30's like some of you guys!

Have you checked your pack and individual battery voltage when it dies? That would be the first thing I would look at to see if there is one or two bad batteries. Can also test each battery with a load tester too to rule them out.

Just a thought.

Start with the basics. Individual battery voltages compared to pack voltage, battery cable inspection for corrosion and damaged terminal ends.

does not sound like batteries if he can turn it off and let it sit... then go
but.... a test of batteries is always a good start
