Just curious, are the field maps you are trying recommended and/or supplied by the motor manufacturer or Alltrax?

The wrong field map can damage a motor, but I'm not sure if it will hurt the controller.

Added:
Did some reading and it looks like the wrong field map can overheat a controller as well as a motor.

Yea JohnnieB, both maps are for the motor, but Alltrax recommended one over the other. And that one, wasn't the one that was in it at the time. Could be the problem.
