Re: EZGO Charger issues powerwise
One more bit of info. I have it back to running through relay and plugged into Cart. Now the reading I get is 84.9.

Re: EZGO Charger issues powerwise
The amps readings and the voltage readings are a bit off, but how is it doing at charging the batteries?
What is the pack voltage about 12 hours after charger shuts off? (Should be about 38.2V if they are Trojan batteries or Trojan battery clones.) As for the charger turning off: Monitor the voltage between the black and red wires attached to the control board. The board ought to shut off the charger when the voltage reaches about 45V. (44V to 46V is the typical cutoff voltage) If it does, the control board is doing its job. All the control board is, is a semi-smart on/off switch, which has no effect on the actual battery charging process other the turning the charger on and off. |
