Default It's the MCOR

It's the MCOR !
How many times have you heard that? If you've read this forum every day for years the answer is about

a million times.

I was curious about the true frequency of this problem so I logged into the CC electric section and typed MCOR into the search bar. I got 336 threads with MCOR being discussed..... you can bet they were not touting it's praise

So from now on - if anybody asks what's wrong with my Club Car just say it's the MCOR. You got a very good chance of being right.

Hello Club Car? I got some news for you...lol

Electric Club Cars are designed stupidly. WAY too many wires used. It's not necessary.

I agree but 10 minutes of work I had the controls and toaster oven out and didn't cut one wire. Don't know about the newer ones.

Well, I'm one of those who posted about a surging problem yesterday and sure enough it appears to be the MCOR.

It always is. But at least it's easily accessible and you don't have to worry about frame rust, motor couplers stripping out, or brake drums stripping out. Enjoy your cart. It's one of the best in the world.
