Check this one out

http://www.datelmeters.com/cgi-bin/w...rs.html#2-wire

Model: DMS-20LCD-2-DCM

It powers it's self off line voltage so it only need two wires. I have one in my cart and it seems to work well. It is dead on with my Fluke 77.

I will post pics once I hook the pack back up.

So far I like having a digital readout at all times, just a bit glitchy. Hey for 20 bucks...it was worth a try.
My first one was good... was, but the last two have issues with the dip switches. Things happen but when he promised to sent out a replacement after I sent it back to him and then didn't... well it's time to let others know he doesn't deliver on his promise:

Thx

*crossed fingers*...I've got the 200, and 20 vdc meter on the cart......haven't had any troubles....and hope I keep it that way...Thx for the update Scubabud.....

And I really wish they would have made the face of the gauge a little bigger, as it doesn't give u any room for error on cutting the hole for the gauge....just my 2 cents....

And after installing and having the voltage read-outs on the dash, I don't think I'd ever do without 'em.....

You're welcome and IF Coldfusionx delivers on their/his promise I'll be sure and post it as well. My third meter is still in the cart but I had to fudge the #3 dip switch on and DOWN in order to keep the decimal point in place. It was fine for the first couple of weeks then off it went.shock:

Update:

Coldfusionx didn't like the negative feedback I gave about 3 defective meters, "Seller didn't deliver on promise to replace defective item, 3 defective so far!", and stated as his response that:
He burned the 3 meters by mistake and blame on us. We still let me return

First, the meters have defective Dip switches as even pjshane stated in the thread: http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...tml#post235290 Mine work, they just don't show the decimal point on the display so your numbers look like xxx instead of xx.x. pjshanes doesn't display decimals nor the actually battery pack voltage.

Second, I returned only 1 and still have yet to receive the replacement.

Finally I responded to his feedback:
NOT BURNED, 3 have defective Dip Switch#3, "no decimal point showing THE TRUTH

(You have limited text space to respond with so that's all I could type.)

Nice to see how he tries to cover his butt for defective parts by blaming the consumer
