48V RXV Delta Q charger
Hi, It's been a while since I have been on this forum. Sold my cart and went without for a while. Have a Club Car now, but that will be another project later.
I'm helping my elderly neighbor with a 2012 EZgo. She bought it with dead batteries and soon to be discovered bad charger. I used my auto charger to get enough volts for a borrowed Delta Q to kick on. The Trojan batteries are all at 8.4-8.5. They have been off charge for hours when I tested that. The charger doesn't want to get them much higher. It doesn't stop blinking, and they are boiling pretty bad. I'm going to run out and put it on the charger, and get voltage readings. Getting 9.28 on the charger. She has a new on board charger ordered. Thanks for any help. |

Re: 48V RXV Delta Q charger
If the charger cant push them any higher, the batteries are likely nearing the end of their life.

Re: 48V RXV Delta Q charger
Thanks for the reply. I didn't realize chargers did that if batteries were old.
They are all K6, so 4 years old or so. |
