Some street legal tires. Going to get it registered as LSV.
Then a lift kit later with some bigger all terrain tires.

Cleaned out hubs and repacked bearings.
Installed new front springs.

Nice build.

That CC appears to be a DS, which means it's at least an 81. The first two numbers after the A in the serial are the year.
