Default Camber adjustment?

It's a 98.

The picture doesn't do it justice, the camber looks much worse in person.
You can see pretty clearly that the left side is way out.
Toe angle was also pretty far off. I adjusted that and centered the steering wheel after replacing the outer tie rod end on the rack.

Problem is, I can't find any way to adjust the camber. So something must be bent.

Idears?

Camber is adjusted at the center on the bottom.

Thanks for that. I think I figured out the real issue though.

The brackets that are bolted on top of the spindle knuckle are both bent. Not really obvious until I took them off and got a good look.

I have several other carts with the same problem, and they all appear to have the same brackets bent on one or both sides, causing severe tread wear on the outer edge of the tire.

Now to figure out how much it'll cost to get about 20 of those.
