PDS erratic throttle

Scotty, the ITS instructions you posted are for a PDS and he has a DCS, so the voltages are wrong.

Attached is a service manual for a DCS. See Section-F for DCS controller and Page F-20 for the ITS checkout.

My Bad
Here is the DCS ITS throttle test and values from the 1999 OEM service manual.

Note the value for PDS is basically 1.0v - 2.7v and DCS is 0.5 - 1.6
