Golf Cart and Wife

Ok, so I have put a new XCT400 controller in...added a new EMP motor, and also new batteries, cables, Bluetooth sound bar, new seat covers, flip seat...led light bar... the list goes on...

I want new wheels and tires...

Have no clue how to get this one past the wife.

This cart thing is getting more difficult to hide things. I can pull a little money here and pull a little money there for the addiction, but you can't hide new tires on the cart.

Perhaps I could use..."this golf cart company had a start of summer sale on wheels and tires and was able to get a once in a lifetime deal..."...sounds lame...

I am not sure what you are looking for, but I bought some 20 inch tire on 10 inch rim pull off wheel/tire combos with Wanda turf tire dirt cheap from surplus center last week, they are plain back no offset rims though, but at $40 each delivered it is hard to ask for more. One rim had a slight ding in it, but otherwise they seem to be good so far.

That worked for me a number of years ago. My logic was it would cost too much to ship them back.

I once had a conversation with her about how she needs air...i need hobby purchases. It didn't go well.

And yes, she is wife #1

I even thought to ask her advice which ones would look best, but asking forgiveness is easier than getting buy in.

Another argument is I need money to augment my golf cart just like she wants money for augmentations of choice.

That probably what leads you to wife #2... 💋
