I think I have decided on 12 inch wheels.

12" Black Nitro Wheel / 215X35X12 Cobra Tire. I think these are 18 inch tires.

12" Black Nitro Wheel / 215X40X12 Viper Tire - these are 19 inch tires.

The standard golf cart tire is 18, so the first one does not seem any difference to me. Am I correct?

Would the 19s give me more top end speed? I get 23 mph right now...

To me the standard golf cart wheels look and appear to small in my opinion... I am leaning towards the 19s. I would like a wheel that fills out the cart a little more than stock.

Any advice? Wish I could see these tires on a golf cart (non lifted) before buying.

I think a 19" tire would look better. Filling out the wheel well better as well. You will have more top end speed but I doubt it will be 1 mph though. Loose a tiny amout of torque but I bet you don't notice.

Have no clue how to get this one past the wife.

This cart thing is getting more difficult to hide things. I can pull a little money here and pull a little money there for the addiction, but you can't hide new tires on the cart.

Perhaps I could use..."this golf cart company had a start of summer sale on wheels and tires and was able to get a once in a lifetime deal..."...sounds lame...

Skip
