Default Ezgo txt issue

Hey new to the site and fairly new to golf carts. I picked up a 2003 ezgo I installed new batteries and good to go until last night. I was driving back to my campsite in the rain and ran through a good size puddle causing my cart to stop. I was able to get it goin but now I have to barely press the pedal for it to go and if I press it all the way it shuts off. Any help is appreciated

I would post this in the Electric EZGO section friend. Probably get more response there.

I would bet money that you got some water in the pedal box (ITS) and until it dries out....it may act squirrely. So lift the mat, take the top of the pedal box off and either use a hair driver or just blow it out real good nad let it air dry.
