Default txt 48 volt

Anyone with information about the 2010 tct (I think) it's the 48 volt txt.
Looking for information on how to bypass the small gray wire from the charge plugin that is attached to the pos. post. IF, this is the way to make the cart run.right now the cart is dead, nothing.
CG told me how to do it on the RXV, but I'm not sure if it can be done on the TCT. If I'm wrong please tell me, not going to do anything without knowing. Just trying to make it run.
Problem being the cart will not run and the charger will not charge.(charger is good) used on other cart.
Asking lots of question I know. So help if you can.

Thanks
Sonny

Do you have a picture of the wire you are talking about? I have a TXT but I haven't paid much attention to the charge port. It's probably just the voltage sense wire for the charger. I'll look at it on my cart later.

If I am correct, this wire take the place of the reed switch. How I'm just not sure, and I sure don't know if it can be bypassed.
Just trying to find out some way to by pass it.
And I don't know how to take and post pictures on this site.

Thanks for the help.

yep, 3rd small wire from charge port can be jumped to "B+ pack voltage" to disable charger interlock, but the no charge thing sounds like the fuse in the port is blown (not easily replaceable, soldered to board & potted in rubber).

NO not correct.

Small grey wire from charge port to + post is temp sensor for batt temp.
This is feedback to charger-- not used to enable cart.

There is no electrical connection to batts from GREY wire.

If cart charges w/ Stock charger, grey wire is probably ok.

**** edit for RXV's
Please do not try and bypass. Messing around with RXV wire harness can be a very expensive mistake.
RXV controllers are easily destroyed by Mis-wiring.

Lol and I have a white elephant... no wait. Wait?
It's a 2011 TXT48 like yours.
Haven't got a diagram for it yet but dealer/friend says I have one coming on Monday. I'll post it if somebody doesn't post it first
