would it be possible to charge the batteries 1 by 1? cause the batteries are like a year old and haven't been used but like once, even if it was just for a couple charges, or maybe one. I just want to diagnose the actual prob before I get new batteries, but I will make a different thread about that.

you can try charging them 2 at a time with a 12v charger
you need a min of 27v ( some say 30v) for charger to turn on

keep your fingers crossed if they take a charge then use cart charger and let it go til it turns off (up to 16hrs)
then if cart wont move we can try some things

if you have a 6v charger you can do them 1 at a time , with cables on

Could also be on a sticker behind and just above batteries. Could also be on a sticker under the floorboard near the pedals (can be seen by looking under cart from drivers side). Some had a tag just below the charge port, but I guess you would have seen that one.
