Default 07 DS Problem: MCOR? F/R Switch? Controller?

Have an 07 CC DS with curtis 1510 controller.

First, No Solenoid click or reverse buzzer.

Changed controller to new Navitas. Now Solenoid clicks on accelerator press. Reverse buzzer works sometimes.

However, controller is not showing any input signal from throttle.

Though the cart had set up for a while before I bought it, I have a hard time buying that BOTH Controller and MCOR were bad.

MCOR as a two wire connector and a three wire connector. Is there an easy way to test MCOR?

Jumper 2 wire connector and see what happens. Leave the 3 wire connected

Bump good advice and those MCOR's are very susceptible to failure so do not be shocked if it is bad, too. (But that is strange that the reverse buzzer only works now and then - it should be consistent with or without the MCOR working correctly.)

Something is missing on/with your controller it looks like. Is it all wired correctly? Does it have a status light? I am not familiar with that one.

Controller is wired correctly. Green Status light on controller is on.

Also, controller's OTF has a status light that blinks on throttle input, so that is how I know I am not getting a throttle signal,or at least not the signal the controller is expecting

No solenoid or reverse beep before new controller, After new controller, solenoid clicks, reverse buzzer beeps sometimes, but no throttle input signal

Throttle signal should be a 5k-0 ohm on your cart. Can you check with your multi-meter and see what it is sending out starting with pedal up and then going all the way down? Want to be sure it is correct and then if it is, check the controller to make sure it is not set backwards or something else with the throttle setting. I am sorry I am not more familiar with Navitas.....

Yes, I can check with meter, still trying to figure which two pins to check and where the best access point it

Here you go. Go to 11-18 and the paragraph "MCOR test without IQDM Handset"

Thank you! I will save that for later. The problem turned out to be a broken wire in the F/R switch (the hot wire feeding it)
