Default Another ez-go rxv not moving problem

Hello

I have a EZ-GO RXV electric golf buggy, serial number 5016686 that i am having some problems with, i have searched the internet and this forum but im still stuggling to find the information i need.

When you turn the ignition on the battery voltage dial goes up to 1/4 but the motor does not click and the reverse buzzer does not beep. i have checked the main solenoid, all the battery cables and connections, the battery water levels, the small white plug under the cup holder and cannot find a fault. when you put it into tow mode the wheels are still locked so it cannot move, it has the older style motor brake with the lever on the end.

is there anything im missing or has anyone else had this problem??

thanks

It looks like you may need a diagnostics session run on your RXV. Where are you located? There are many of us that have the ability to do that, your location would determine if one of us with a handset is close to you.

I suggest using the search function at the top right of this page to find "danaher rxv troubleshooting guide". Download it and take a read.
