Default wiring

well men I'm back with an odd request.
I need the part number for the wiring plugin that goes into controller on a Pds EZ go golf cart for the run /tow switch. The plastic on mine got broken and I can't find a used one. I have the switch just need the plastic.

There are 4 wires in the R/T switch harness.
