He is talking about the little arms that are built into the brake lines that retain it into the hole on the brake line bracket on the rear end.

I don’t know if anyone will know the name of it.

But most say (if you are eventually going to ask) they use a socket to slide over the prongs and the cable will slide out of the hole in the bracket. But my cables on my 2015 precedent have ends on the cable that are larger than the hole in the socket so I used a small fuel line hose clamp and tightened the clamp around the prongs just enough to push them in but not enough to grab the cable too tight so it wouldn’t slide out of the hole.
