I was unable to find any posts on this site which indicated DPI recommended an AGM mode for a Ranger 160 battery. Is this site the source of your information provided?

I agree the spec sheet for both batteries are the same for charging. Thanks

I got my batteries in today, they were reading 50.1 volts from dealer. I put charger on and watched for a while and the charge voltage seemed to be right with the Trojan spec sheet. Charger shut off after a few hours and I went for a ride around the neighborhood up hills fast slow and just tooling around. At 49.7 volts I put it back on charger. Cycle 1 done 19 to go.
