Doesn't matter if it's new or not. Something isn't working, so we need to start here and keep working until we find the issue. If the main power fuse is good, this is where I start when troubleshooting an IQ or Excel cart.

Hi I'm finally back at it. sorry I wasn't able to work on it all week being away. Been playing with it for a couple hours now trying different things. I don't see a light on the controller lighting up. Not even sure where it is. Jumped out the six plug connector both sides. female side going to the harness I have over 48 volts to the blue wire I jump it with the white. Then I have nothing and nothing happens. has me puzzled. Don't know what else to check. what do you suggest. thank you for your help. Bob

Is there power going in and out of the run tow switch?
Is connecting a laptop with the Alltrax TOOLKIT software an option?

Hi Scotty with the tow switch on I have power to the green and pink wire. Hooking up to a laptop is not really an option right now for me.
